Since most tools and services on the market only focus on comparing job requirements to candidate specifications (or "reqs to specs"), your team may already have a method that helps you further sift through candidates. Because of that and because Talentology reveals suitability at a deeper level, defining a job's Requirements is optional.
If your team does use another method, we recommend that you do that filtering after discovering which candidates are most suitable as determined by Role Fit and Culture Fit.
